InfoPrint Solutions, a Ricoh company, has unveiled its Managed Automated Document Factory (ADF) Services, powered by the cloud. Built on InfoPrint ProcessDirector, this is a fully managed, turnkey production print workflow solution for mid-market companies.
As a cloud services offering, InfoPrint ProcessDirector and supporting print-to-mail software will be hosted on remote servers and accessed via a secure network connection. Its web-based interface can be accessed by any authorized operator using a web browser inside the network without the need for additional software. The benefit of this services-led workflow approach includes reduced labor costs for maintenance and administration, robust business continuity capabilities, and turnkey access to the latest software and solution capabilities.
