Mtivity has appointed David Arnold as director of business development and Joe Jarrett as sales director to drive new business growth.
Arnold is a former European services development manager at Xerox Global Services, and in his new role his main focus will be to continue to develop Mtivity's partnership with Xerox.
He will also play a role in developing relationships with current and potential clients.
Jarrett is a former Adstream (formerly Quickcut) chief executive officer, with 20 years of senior management and sales leadership experience in the media technology and software industry.
