Wong as General Manager of printservices for Greater China to oversee the Sheetfed Service Operations in the region. With over 18 years of profound management experience, Mr. Wong has been responsible for leading the service operations of many best-known multi-national corporations in Asia Pacific. He has won a good reputation for successfully bringing in effective service delivery processes and enhancing service quality with increased customer satisfaction in the regions. “I am confident with my past experiences and exposures in quality customer service, I can contribute to enhancing and uplifting the manroland service branding in Greater China.” Mr. Wong said.
