At this year's Labelexpo Europe 2003, in Brussels, the organisers of Labelexpo have announced the launch of the prestigious new "Labelexpo Industry Awards".
The Labelexpo Industry Awards, planned to take place annually, will involve three major awards, with a leading labels' industry player sponsoring each one. The awards will consist of:
- The R Stanton Avery Award for Lifetime Achievement, sponsored by Avery Dennison;
- The Innovation and Service Award for Suppliers, sponsored by Labels & Labeling; Label & Narrow Web; and NarroWebTech;
- The Innovation and Service Award for Converters, sponsored by four suppliers.
